Domestic shipping is free on orders $75 or more. Please allow 4 to 6 business days for your order to arrive.
In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:
- The product proves faulty within 14 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice
- The product does not match its description as provided when sold
- The product received is not the product ordered
- The product has been damaged in transit
Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a return. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.
Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.

Credits can only be processed once the product to be credited has been returned to us. ORDERS DAMAGED, LOST OR DELIVERED LATE
Damaged or Lost
Although we try our best to get orders delivered as fast as possible, sometimes we encounter delays that are outside of our control. We rely on third-party shippers such as UPS and USPS to deliver your order in good condition. Occasionally mistakes are made by these vendors. Items that have been damaged or lost in transit will be replaced at no additional charge. This may first require an insurance claim to be filed and approved, the exact procedure will depend on the value of the allegation. If an item is damaged or lost we will not issue a refund, we will replace the item at no additional charge (shipped via regular shipping).
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
The ETA quoted on our website is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Shipping ETA's are in business days. Once again, we rely on third party shippers such as UPS and USPS to deliver your order on time. Orders arriving later than estimated will not have shipping costs nor any other fees refunded. All delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders will be shipped the following business day, ie order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.
